Ingredients
60ml Whiskey
30ml Lemon Juice
15ml Simple syrup
15ml Egg whites*
Ice for shaking
Method
Add whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg whites to your cocktail shaker. Shake well for 15 seconds. ("Dry Shaking" is important to achieve the fluffiest and creamiest texture for your sour.) Add plenty of ice and shake well for 30 seconds.
Double strain to make sure no ice falls through and top with your Cocktail Candy dehydrated lemon
*Aquafaba is a vegan egg white alternative. This is simply the liquid left over from a can of chick peas. It has the same consistency as egg white and a mild flavour so is the perfect substitute for those looking to avoid the egg whites.
