Our Story

THE STORY SO FAR

Cocktail Candy was created in 2020 by the husband-and-wife team, Brett and Sam. We both love drinking gin, but we could never keep our fresh citrus long enough. Based on the Gold Coast, our humid climate meant that our beloved garnishes were browning and turning bad before we had the chance to use them all (responsibly, of course!).

Brett is the Cocktail Candy Founder.

We were lucky enough to source a commercial dehydrator, and our home garnish production soon grew to supplying family and friends. We are now happily slicing and drying fruit for customers all across the country!

With a background in hospitality (Brett's a former bartender and publican), we understand the importance of the WOW factor! Our philosophy is to offer like-minded cocktail connoisseurs, caterers, and hospo professionals an easy, hassle-free, and affordable way to enjoy their passion and spruce up their creations with very little effort.

We love our local distilleries (shout out to Wildflower, Grandad Jack's, Husk, and Cape Byron Distillery) but have a great collection of Aussie craft spirits on the liquor trolley ready for any occasion!

We are delighted to bring you our range of Cocktail Candy dehydrated oranges, limes, and lemons and can't wait to share more drink garnishes with you in the future. Share the journey with us.
