How many dehydrated limes are inside the pack?
We dehydrate limes of all sizes. We must sell by weight, so the number of slices will vary because of the many shapes and sizes of our supplier's produce.
As a rough guide:
1 to 1.5g per slice
Approx 80 slices per large pouch
Approx 30 slices per small pouch
Approx 40 slices per medium jar
Approx 70 slices per large jar
What size are limes when they are dehydrated?
Limes don' lose much physical size when you dehydrate them. Mostly weight is lost. So the size varies on the fruit of the season. Dried lime vasy is size from 20mm to 40mm in diameter.

I personally love the limes and have dipped them in melted dark chocolate and chilli salt and popped in the freezer. Not only is the tangy citrus flavour maintained, but they are the perfect size to enjoy as a snack, or to have in a chilli marg - another one of my faves!
